Production WorkflowPIPELINE
One story, many specialistsXmasFantasy is not one artist doing everything. It is a remote studio: each stage of a chapter is handled by a specialist, coordinated by the creative director in Japan. Work is divided so that every creator focuses on what they do best — and the whole stays consistent.
01 Original Story & Direction
Tokyo/Saitama, Japan — the original author writes the story, defines the world, and directs every stage as creative director.
02 Storyboarding
Panel layouts and acting are drafted and locked chapter by chapter, then briefed in English.
03 Design
Character designers and background artists develop model sheets and environments for the chapter.
04 Line Art
Manga artists produce final pages from the approved storyboard and design pack.
05 Coloring
Colorists apply the series palette — covers in full color, chapters per the color script.
06 Language
Translators (EN / IT) and the English editor localize dialogue; typesetting follows the lettering guide.
07 Promotion Assets
Logo & graphic design, GIF loops, banners, motion graphics and social/marketing assets are produced from the finished art.
08 Publishing
Chapters go live on xmasfantasy.org and partner platforms — free to read, aimed first at European readers.
