the XmasFantasy team is a distributed manga production studio. The original story and creative direction come from Japan; the artwork, design, language and motion work are created by specialist freelancers around the world. We are building the team that produces XmasFantasy for European readers — and we would love to see your work.

You don't need to share our faith to join. We welcome artists from Christian backgrounds and every creator who respects the spirit of the project: hope, light, and craftsmanship.

Creative direction stays with XmasFantasy; contracts and payments go through platforms you already trust. Creators are generally contracted through established international freelance and outsourcing marketplaces, and payments are handled by those platforms whenever appropriate — with milestones, escrow and reviews. You get platform protection; we get a professional pipeline.

Every role is fully remote, engaged as a freelance contract (per chapter / per deliverable), on a flexible, deadline-based schedule. English is the shared working language.

Step 1 — Apply. Reach out through a major freelance platform where we post the role, or via our contact form with your portfolio link.

Step 2 — Portfolio review. The creative director reviews samples for style fit with XmasFantasy. We reply to every serious application.

Step 3 — Paid trial task. A small, clearly-scoped paid test (e.g. one page, one banner set) under a standard platform contract.

Step 4 — Ongoing collaboration. Join the production roster. Work is briefed in English and paid per deliverable through the platform.

Any country is welcome. Our team is multicultural by design — that is the point of XmasFantasy.

Portfolio over résumé. Show us finished work in your specialty; formal credentials are optional.

Rights & credits. Deliverables are contracted work-for-hire for the XmasFantasy project; contributors are credited unless you prefer otherwise.
