・ Produce short promotional videos and motion graphics (15–60s)

・ Animate typography, panels and illustration parallax to music

・ Deliver platform-specific exports (YouTube, Shorts, socials)

・ After Effects (or equivalent) with clean project files

・ Timing to music; subtitle-safe layouts

・ Light sound-design or editing ability is a plus

A reel or 2–3 finished motion pieces with your role stated.

Freelance Contract. Per-project or per-chapter freelance engagement — not employment. Long-term collaboration is our goal.

Flexible Schedule. Deadline-based, not clock-based. We agree on realistic delivery dates that respect your other clients.

Language. Briefs, feedback and contracts are in English. Japanese source materials come with translations.

Contracts and payments are generally processed through established international freelance platforms (milestones / escrow), while the creative director provides direction, briefs and feedback.

Step 1 — Apply. Reach out through a major freelance platform where we post the role, or via our contact form with your portfolio link.

Step 2 — Portfolio review. The creative director reviews samples for style fit with XmasFantasy. We reply to every serious application.

Step 3 — Paid trial task. A small, clearly-scoped paid test (e.g. one page, one banner set) under a standard platform contract.

Step 4 — Ongoing collaboration. Join the production roster. Work is briefed in English and paid per deliverable through the platform.
