・ Produce final line art for assigned chapters based on storyboards and character sheets

・ Follow the series style guide (line weight, screentone policy, panel grammar)

・ Deliver layered files (PSD/CLIP) at print-ready resolution

・ Apply revision notes from the creative director within agreed rounds

・ Strong figure drawing and panel-to-panel storytelling

・ Clip Studio Paint or Photoshop workflow, layered delivery

・ Consistency with provided character designs

・ Comfortable working from English briefs

Sequential pages (not only pin-ups): 3–10 finished manga pages, plus line-art samples.

Remote Work. Fully remote. Work from any country, in your own studio or home setup.

Freelance Contract. Per-project or per-chapter freelance engagement — not employment. Long-term collaboration is our goal.

Flexible Schedule. Deadline-based, not clock-based. We agree on realistic delivery dates that respect your other clients.

Language. Briefs, feedback and contracts are in English. Japanese source materials come with translations.

Contracts and payments are generally processed through established international freelance platforms (milestones / escrow), while the creative director provides direction, briefs and feedback.

Step 1 — Apply. Reach out through a major freelance platform where we post the role, or via our contact form with your portfolio link.

Step 2 — Portfolio review. The creative director reviews samples for style fit with XmasFantasy. We reply to every serious application.

Step 3 — Paid trial task. A small, clearly-scoped paid test (e.g. one page, one banner set) under a standard platform contract.

Step 4 — Ongoing collaboration. Join the production roster. Work is briefed in English and paid per deliverable through the platform.
